SUPER48 key holder with leather loop

KEY-BAK was the first company to develop a retractable equipment holder in 1948. Their Super48 Series equipment tether is the most popular and widely used equipment tether in the U.S. government.  

KEY-BAK Ratch-It Retractable Ratcheting Tether has a plastic housing and a rugged Kevlar® rope lock. The rope spool locks in 5 intervals and with a slight tug on the cord, the spool unlocks and retracts.  

The retractable belay system has a quiet rewind. Depending on the weight of the gear, the pull rope does not prevent it from falling to the ground when you let go, but it does prevent loss.  

Details: Rugged housing made of waterproof polycarbonate. Low noise retraction. Key ring locking mechanism. Snap ring with 3.5 cm diameter. Belt clip made of spring steel.   Tear resistance up to approx. 27 kg. Retraction force for objects up to approx. 280 g or 15 keys.
